WildPay General Conditions of Use (CGU)
1. Introduction
Welcome to WildPay. By using our application, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use (“Terms”). WildPay (hereinafter "we", "us", "our") provides e-wallet services that include sending and receiving payments, generating payment links, accessing a virtual card, purchasing gift cards and recharging cell phones.

Purchasing Gift Cards: Purchasing and sending gift cards.
Mobile Phone Recharge: Telephone credit recharge.
8. Fees and Pricing
8.1. Use of certain Services may incur fees. These fees are clearly indicated in the Application before the transaction is finalized.
8.2. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the Services you use.
8.3. Fees may be changed at any time, and such changes will be communicated through the Application.
9. Transactions
9.1. You agree that all Transactions made through your Account will be deemed authorized by you.
9.2. We reserve the right to refuse or suspend any Transaction that may violate these Terms or applicable laws.
9.3. You are responsible for verifying the details of each Transaction before finalizing it.
10. Termination
10.1. You can terminate your Account at any time via the Application settings.
10.2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account for violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, or any other reason deemed valid.
10.3. Upon termination, you immediately lose access to your Account and all associated Services.
11. Liability
11.1. WildPay accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Application, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.
11.2. You agree to indemnify and hold WildPay harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
